Founding Partner Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a Founding Partner space, you are purchasing one advertising/partnership space connected to The Anthony Tour, supporting the work and awareness aims of Stamp Out Suicide, registered charity number 1171162.
Each Founding Partner space costs £2,000 and provides partnership recognition for a period of five years from the official launch date of The Anthony Tour, subject to the continued operation of the tour vehicle and project.
The £2,000 payment is for one selected partnership space. Once purchased, the space will be reserved for the purchaser and will not be offered for general resale.
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Founding Partner spaces may not be transferred, resold or assigned to another person, business or organisation without prior written agreement from Let the Light In Productions Limited.
All submitted names, business names, logos, artwork or wording must be approved before being displayed. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any material that is offensive, discriminatory, unlawful, misleading, political, harmful to the reputation of the project, or otherwise unsuitable.
The exact position, size and appearance of each partnership space may vary slightly depending on final vehicle design, printing requirements and practical layout needs.
If the tour vehicle is replaced, repaired, redesigned or changed during the five-year period, reasonable efforts will be made to continue recognising Founding Partners in a suitable way.
Participation as a Founding Partner does not create ownership of the vehicle, the project, the production, the charity, or any intellectual property connected to The Anthony Tour, Stamp Out Suicide or Let the Light In Productions Limited.
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. I confirm that I have read and agree to the Founding Partner Terms & Conditions, including that my £2,000 payment is non-refundable except where required by law.
