Our Story
Founded after Colm walked over 7,000 miles, listening to the people suicide leaves behind.
Every day across the UK and Ireland, people wake up carrying struggles that nobody else can see.
Some are battling grief. Some are facing loneliness. Some are living with anxiety, depression, addiction or overwhelming pressure. Some are quietly wondering whether life is worth living at all.
The Anthony Tour was created to bring those conversations into the open. Through a powerful theatre production, community discussions and practical suicide prevention training, we are taking a message of hope directly into communities throughout the UK and Ireland.
This is more than a tour. It is a movement built on the belief that suicide is preventable and that ordinary people can play an extraordinary role in saving lives.
Meet Anthony
Anthony is a father, a husband, a businessman and a man carrying more pain than anyone around him realises. As his world begins to unravel, audiences are taken inside the thoughts, fears and emotions that many people struggle to talk about. Anthony is not just a character. He represents thousands of people who silently battle loneliness, grief, depression and suicidal thoughts every day.

The Anthony Tour is produced and delivered by Let The Light In Productions Ltd in support of Stamp Out Suicide.
The £2,000 Founding Partnership is a commercial sponsorship payment to Let The Light In Productions Ltd. It is not a charitable donation to Stamp Out Suicide. The partnership helps fund the creation and delivery of the Anthony Tour, including theatre performances, community conversations and suicide-prevention awareness across the UK and Ireland.

Why This Tour Matters
Every suicide leaves behind devastated families, friends, colleagues and communities. For every person who dies by suicide, many more experience suicidal thoughts and emotional distress. The Anthony Tour exists to challenge that silence and encourage life-saving conversations.
The Play
Anthony is a powerful one-man theatre production that explores grief, mental health, isolation and hope. The play offers a realistic insight into the internal battles that many people face every day but rarely speak about.
The Conversation
After each performance, the conversation continues. Audience members are encouraged to discuss the realities of mental health and suicide prevention, helping reduce stigma and encouraging people to seek support when needed
The Training
Question. Persuade. Refer.
QPR Suicide Prevention Training teaches ordinary people how to recognise warning signs, start conversations, encourage support and connect people with help.
